With more than 2,200 partners globally, they provide extensive training, certification, and performance benchmarks to ensure partners meet the highest standards of competency and capability.

 There, we had the chance to work closely with fellow colleagues to tackle real-world challenges, refining strategies and strengthening problem-solving skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment. There, our team had the chance to meet Paul Smith, ServiceNow’s Chief Commercial Officer, reflecting on the strong connections within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.

Additionally, we attended their insightful keynotes in collaboration with Paul Fipps, the new Global Head of Sales, which provided a forward-looking perspective on AI’s transformative role in business. Here, we must remark on the collaborative case study featuring Amazon further demonstrated the tangible impact of ServiceNow solutions
